spoke to a consultant again today.

i must say i am very unhappy with your company as since 4 weeks ago a consultant called me and offered me the 80% discount on the Bayport .

i have called back four times and begged your consultants to send me an email so that i have all this on a paper trail.

hence nothing to verify what you promised me over the phone and now you have received two payments and then your consultant says i owe the full amount.

firstly

i took the call and told the lady that i accept the deal only if i receive a full emails stating the following.

Two payment of R 1680.00 which one payment will be 31 August 2018 and only if i receive written notice that this is the new contract .

i made a payment of R 50.00 as she instructed me and made another of R 500.00 in good faith as i am still waiting on your written notification that this is the offer.

please do not threaten me with all the sms , i am sure you can send a sms that this is the arrangement of

two payments of R 1680.00 over two months one end of August 2018 and the other September 2018

once you have given me this in writing i will do these payments but you have not given me any proof that you are sticking to your word.

please reply on my mail and listen to the recorder calls so that we can finalise this
