mbd people are very rude as if they dnt have debts..some lady called me today about vodacom account she talked to me like am her child..you guys don't get all facts from your clients before you call us..I did have a contract with vodacom but when my contract was about to end. Or left with one month I was told that I still owe one month how possible is that nd they were debiting money from my account nd if u skip a month with a contract phone u can't get calls from that phone but has never happened I called vodacom sillion times to sort out the matter but no one wanted to help me Then some lady from vodacom was so rude after talking to her my phone was blocked I could not make or receive calls til last week I got a call from mbd....so please get all the information before u calls us..because some for your clients makes us look bad..and I again teach your agents how to talk to people I dnt owe them...next I won't be so nice to them or her
