I have been trying to get through to the call center and every time I am transferred I get cut off!!!<br> <br> I have called *** who put me through and then was given the following number ***.<br> <br> Either way my query is never handled because I can NEVER get through!!!<br> <br> I need query an account that I had believed to be settled over 5 years ago, but have now been contacted by a 3rd party unknown to me saying I have an outstanding account/amount.<br> <br> Please can someone give me an alternative number which I can get through to or contact me URGENTLY!!!
