Complain about MBCC

I'm Happiness Fezeka Mjoli, was doing NQF level 5 at MBCC 2018 paying school fees of R24900, I was supposed to write my final exams by the end of 2018 which is (4 December 2018). The day come and nothing was given to us as examination paper, the school Mr Enoch told us to wait till 2019 March for final exams , we wait till that time again nothing was given to us for final examination we wasted the whole year waiting for nothing. Since our parents were shouting at us for results and out comes. We all call the campus they plan something of giving dates for examination . Ok we were given the date to write on that day we were writing the paper was different from everything we were studying during the year of 2018, fine we tried writing something we don't know something we never thought of. Results came out, only one person from level 5 passed that paper, all of us failed I obtained 58% the passing mark was 60 percent , after that they said we're going to have a rewrite, even now we're still waiting no feedback even if we're trying to call them asking for a re-write they are just ignoring us
