Mbatha Baleni Building Construction-Not to be trusted!!!

ALERT,... ALERT!!! This guy, named Michael Mbatha (real name Sbusiso Mbatha-owner) is not to be trusted from Mbatha Baleni Building Construction Services-Kraaifontein. He advertise on Facebook Marketplace under the name Michael Six- Carports Be very careful not to give him any building work or Carports to install or anything to do with construction! He’s a smooth talker and will take your money and run! He lives in Kraaifontein and does construction work in the Kuils River; Brackenfell & Bellville surrounding areas... He comes up with all the excuses in the book to not do the work you pay him for and will ensure that he gets the most money out of you, and not deliver!!! He gives you a ********** “Letter of Good Standing” from the NHBRC which is not even on the real Letterhead from the company, and very much outdated! He claims he is registered with them, but he is not as his membership is suspended...because of non-payments. BE VERY CAREFUL of his ******** style of workmanship...and keep your hard-earned cash safe!!!
