lying! *****ing! Poor service delivery!

Unprofessional, poor and *********!

This man Mike, the contractor has promised to install a kitchen for 11 days as per our agreement and time schedule. Today is the 7th week I am without a kitchen. As per the agreement I was suppose to get solid wood counter tops and solid wood cupboard doors. As appose to the chipboard he has installed. There was a delay in receiving cupboard doors because the colour was hard to find. Then they decided to spray pain the doors. Up until today the doors are not all sprayed because of the rain and no sunshine that cape town has. This weekend it was agreed upon that the kitchen would at least be made functional. Today I'm still without a kitchen and nothing is working. The stories I have heard was he fell from the ladder and hurt his back, in the mean time he is installing a roof two blocks away from my house. How can a kitchen take 7 weeks?!

This is unacceptable! We have to wash dishes in a wash tub and cook food in a pressure cooker and do everything from an extra bedroom!
