M & B spares edenvale

My friend bought a rebuilt Mercedes benz engine from M and B Mercedes benz spare located in edenvale out of desperation and was given a 100% assurance that the engine is in good condition though its been rebuilt as it was removed from an accident car..

My friend paid r38000 on exchange and got to his mechanic with the engine and the mechanic complained about the engine condition and the engine not turning clockwise nicely and it was returned back and they told my friend that his mechanic is not saying the truth and convinced my friend to go with the engine in which he did and when the mechanic installed the engine on my friend's car, one crank, the engine did not turn anymore in which my friend called the attention, of the seller and they came to where the car is and said that my friend must bring the engine to their yard for refund in which my friend did and all this happened within 4 days.

When my friend got to their yard, they called someone they said is a qualified mechanic and he said he need to strip the engine to know if the valves were broken or the timming was off and my friend asked whose fault will it be if the valves were bent or the timming and the seller said its my friend and fault for not consulting a qualified mechanic to fit the engine on the Mercedes benz.

My friend has now been ********** by this people.
