15 days waiting for a quote

<p>How dare anyone call this a business?<br />I spoke to the owner more than 3 weeks ago asking for a quote, then sending everything (specs and image) as per her request ...two days later she informed me via email she will send me a quotation... I am still waiting...15 business days later!! I could have gone to someone else and it would have been done by now., but I wanted to support a local business.<br />Pathetic service!!</p>
