His modus operandi is to quote cheaper than others to get the work contract and act as a God-Fearing man but once work is started, he will continue asking for money to keep his small black-owned business afloat and you must support him etc. while the work progresses slowly but the payments go out rapidly, you will end up with a low-quality and half-done work. Now, most of the agreed money is paid to him already and he will keep demanding more and more to complete the work and your cost will balloon 2-3 times the original estimate, Also you will end up getting extremely low quality of workmanship. You will eventually have to call another contractor to either complete the job or clean/correct the work done.
