Do not trust leaving old people in their care
Do not use them for caring for old people, especially 24/7 care post operative or dementia. The carers do minimal during the day, just sit there and don’t think twice administering drugs even if it obvious it is making them delusional. Older people may not always be agreeable but they have to be helped. I would not recommend or trust leaving a loved one in their care.

I urge others to be cautious when dealing with this company, as my experience reflects a lack of empathy and accountability. While my husband was receiving palliative care, this company acted with utter disregard for compassion. Despite my detailed emails explaining why I would not settle the disputed invoice, I was sent a lawyer’s letter demanding payment. This conduct is unprofessional, insensitive, and unacceptable.
