Inquiries about my order From MAZINITALY

Hi My name is Jones Jafter Madonsela i am from South, i have bought a Mazini Vizile Cap x1 from MAZINITALY and chose a standard shipping for my order on 3 August and it got confirmed for shipping to my location. i have been viewing my order and it has departured on 7 August 2017 on its way to South Africa but im still waiting for it now , and its almost a year i sent them a message they never gave me a good respond they only said your order its on its way but till today im waiting. i really need help.
