Worst Car Brand

I want to warn everyone who ever plans to buy a Mazda, you will be stranded without a car waiting for parts. Mazda will give you the run around using delaying tactics. When I bought the car, 1 of my main things was to get a brand that has accessible parts. I was misled. I am now walking to work, my daughter to school. 3 weeks waiting. They don’t want to help with loan car. Parts come from Japan, no indication of how long they will take to be here. I was so happy with VW. The devil made me switch to CX5. I am regretting. I feel so much hate for this brand because of what they are doing to me, their customer service is bad. Be warned. Don’t be like me. I am paying the price dearly.
