Will not take repsonisbility for traffic fines on vehicle traded-in

<p>I have recieved multiple traffic fines for a vehicle that was traded-in to Mazda Clearwater. They refuse to do anything about the issue, passing me from pillar to post. I do not know what is worse - failing to transfer the vehicle from my name in a timely fashion, or the absolute disregard for attending to the fines!</p>
