Why I will NEVER EVER buy a Mazda again

<p>I purchased my vehicle at CMH Mazda in January 2016. Got great service and all, got a good price for my 1.6 Dynamic. </p> <p> </p> <p>After 1 year of driving the vehicle, I put on quite a bit of KM and decided to trade in the vehicle for a new one. </p> <p> </p> <p>Went back to CMH and they could not even give me trade on the car! They offered me R30k below trade! What worries me is even Jeep will give me trade! This is ridiculous! I went back to the same store expecting to be assisted but could not be helped. Where is the loyalty?!</p> <p> </p> <p>What does this say about the brand? Or are they just not eager to help me?</p> <p> </p> <p>Either way, this is why I will NEVER EVER drive a Mazda again and as far as I may travel, I will utter these words of disappointment. </p>
