Who's responsible

In March 2015 I ordered front bearings for my mom's Mazda 3 from a guy named Louie who works @d parts department @Mazda in Umgeni Durban. I had given him the correct VIN number. I then fetched the bearings took them to Ulundi @Dunlop because that's where the car was @. They fitted the bearings @Dunlop all was well paid for labour only to discover that the speedometer was not working sent the car back to Dunlop they diagnosed it it said its the sensor from the gearbox. The gearbox needed to be striped. The machanic from Dunlop said I must take the car to Mazda he doesnt think the problem is with the sensor in the gearbox. Took the car to Mazda in Vryheid they striped the bearings and discovered Louie from Mazda gave me the wrong bearings that were not magnatic that's y d speedometer was not working. Phoned Louie explained what we went through the only thing he said was,I will refund you the money for bearings that were wrong, I then asked who will be responsible for the labour I paid at Dunlop and @Mazda in Vryheid him and his manager said Dunlop was responsible they were supposed to check if they were magnatic or not. Even now nobody has taken responsibility.
