What a disappointing experience!!

I signed an OTP , informed the Sales Executive several times that I will be taking the car just to get an email in the morning that the car was sold ‘at night’. With no real explanation as to why. I am extremely dissatisfied with Mazda East Rand to them it’s just another customer .... someone who had been a Mazda customer for years ! I guess my money was not good enough for the dealership .
