Waiting for parts for my car Since September

I was in a car accident in August, to date, 18th November, the parts have still not been delivered to the panel beaters. Do not buy a mazda, this is pathetic and even though my car is under warranty, I haven't even received a courtesy vehicle from them for the delay on their side
