Mazda Fourways is so pathetic with their service I actually wonder if they know what they doing or they try to Google how to do a service and power went off.

They assured me any OTP expenses I would be contacted to approve, and if they don't phone me I can collect at 12h00.

Got there at 14h00 to give them a breather and - you guessed it - not ready.

No phone call to say there were other major repairs to be done.

Then I get told the service had been done, but not the brakes. So they want .e to drive out knowing the bakes are faulty.

They printed the quote out, but hardly no ink so one could not read it.

New car sales lowest in years, but be assured when i do want to buy, I will not even consider Mazda. Sad, because they have tarnished the Suzuki Brand which is part of their workshop and sales.
