Unsatisfactory service

I purchased a Mazda 3, 1.6 dynamic from Mazda mafikeng on 31 July 2017. To date I am still waiting for them to fit the smash n grab which I paid for. Still waiting for a refund from my trade in. They told me they can't refund me without the owners manual n spare key, i have since sumnitted them long ago. Still no payment. They took long to also do my number plates. I've been communicating but nothing. I also reported that there is something wrong with the music display screen, it takes longer to update new information. Please resolve this matter, I am not happy at all.
