The Mazda part I need after this is a shock absorber!

My experience is at the hands of Mitsubishi Paarden Eiland WHO HANDLE MAZDA Cape Town. So although Mitsubishi Motors is not interested in who they have dealing for them......... I've made a total of 10 phone calls to their parts department in the last 12 hours. For one spare part for my 2013 Mazda BT 50. The first salesman at 11 AM yesterday said I needed my VIN no - which meant I had to go and get it and phone back - so 1st question why couldn't he just help me on the basis of my car details? On phoning back another salesman answered the phone by saying "hang on" not "would you mind hanging on sir? for ? minutes ... or can i call you back "? I then listened to the counter discussion between various customers for about 5 minutes whereupon I hung up. I then tried again and got the same before I could get a word in edgewise. After that i got hold of Etienne the supervisor who promised to get back to me wit the price and availabilty at about 4pm yesterday - still nothing at 11 today? I phoned Mitsubishi Somerset West and the Principal Lance, who were extremely helpful but didn't do Mazda. They said I have no choice but Hello Peter. I phoned parts again this morning and nearly got the 'fob off' but insisted on the salesman's name who was going to phone me back. That was Charl. Charl eventually phoned a few hours later..... No apologies just "what is the part you need" Man oh man! Now I've tried Kenilworth ... still no luck . Also e mailed Etienne of Paarden Eiland - no reply. HELP!
