Stuck with a Faulty brand new Mazda CX-60

Mazda has been a nightmare of multiple incidents I have experienced with my Mazda CX-60 since purchasing it brand new in May 2023. The first issue I noticed was with the steering, which was hard and caused the car to sway while driving home from the dealership. I reported this to the Mazda Leons Rustenburg Sales Manager Jimmy the following day and was told it was normal for a new car. However, after the first service, I received a call from Mazda SA stating that all Mazda CX-60s need to have their steering springs replaced due to factory fault and that I may have noticed this issue earlier. The second incident was with the front light, which had funny sounds as if there was boiling water in it. I reported this and was asked to bring the car in for diagnostics. However, after not being able to find the problem, I was told that the entire lamp/light needed to be changed as it's factory fault and sent to Japan for further investigation. Until today, I have not received any report from the manufacturer regarding the cause of this issue. The third issue occurred when I started hearing strange sounds coming from the rear left wheel while driving. I reported this and was told it was normal exhaust noise due to heated oils flowing into place. However, even after taking their word for it and leaving, the sound has only gotten worse and is now audible even with closed windows and music playing at a high volume. The fourth incident happened when my car started misfiring and eventually switched off on a freeway with an "Engine Malfunction" message. This issue was also reported to Mazda SA and my car was towed to the Rustenburg dealership where it was diagnosed with rat damage in the bonnet. After connecting it to a laptop and test driving, the Mazda team assured me that the issue had been resolved. However, weeks later, my car experienced the same issue again and was towed to the Rustenburg dealership where it was diagnosed that ignition was left on at the car wash . This repeated its self in a space of weeks after it went to the dealership and i was assured it is fixed everytime I was given the vehicle back. 3rd time we experienced the same issue again when on family vacation 7 hours away from home and was towed to the Bethlehem dealership where it was diagnosed with loose plugs that needed cleaning. 4th time we experienced the same issue again when we driving home from collecting our vehicle from the Bethlehem dealership as per Mazda's request , this time it was at night and the mazda team wasbt available on the roadside assistance, was taken to the Rustenburg dealership again where it was diagnosed that its the tracking units on the car. Thereafter we were told to test drive the vehicle, whilst test driving we notice the accelator cuts, Mazda SA took it in stating that they will send in their technician from Mazda sA and he diagnosed that the rear wheel sound was a faulty petrol pump which was changed and it could be the course of the acceleration cuts. I am extremely disappointed, frustrated and lost confidence in the car's safety. Have communicated my concerns about the vehicle to the Sales Manager, Dealer Principal, workshop manager, Super Group manager, Mazda SA technical manager and the Mazda CEO Craig Roberts and requested they take back the vehicle but they refuse saying it has a 5 years warranty, they will be readily available to fix it whenever it has other faults. I asked Craig Roberts if they cannot exchange for another car, he unfortunately said its not possible. Bad Bad Bad customer service!!!!! Worst brand ever.!!!! Faulty cars!!!!!
