Shocks worn at 60000km

My car has made noises since I bought it, told Eastvaal Motors about it every service they never checked until the 60000km service, the car is still under warranty and they denied the claim, they expect me to pay R9000 to repair, pathethic, technician told me huge problem with shocks on CX3, they don't care about their customers!!!!
