Service? What service?

Where do I start because its been one long hiccup with Mazda. Lets start with receiving the brand new car I just bought. The seat panel is broken. No worries, it can be fixed. Free of charge. Well, I would hope so since it was broken before I took ownership of the car. How about doors locking automatically. No worries, just a setting change. Then I find out its not a setting change but something that needs to be fitted. Because, although the car is 100k more than previous cars I drove, it does not have this feature. So I inform them but your salesperson told me. No, salesperson works next door at Ford so I must go to Ford for them to sort out my Mazda. Seriously! Promises about loan car when my car goes in for a service....nope. I believed the salesperson because I received loan car from VW, Audi and Renault whenever my car had to go in. I just noticed Mazda is company that does not respond. Well, I experienced that first hand. You leave messages to find out how far they are with your car. No reply. When you arrive to collect your car they tell you with a smile, O, I saw you were looking for me.
