Service Forfeiture - Mazda Customer Care

My vehicle is only 11 200km mileage and was due for service in May 2020 during lock down period. According to Mazda Customer Care, I have forfeited the service plan benefit, surely, I think is really disappointing given the fact that there was a lot of disruption during lock-down.
