Sales Manager Dishonors His Word Although On Email
I purchased a new Mazda 2.I requested for the new car sales manager to send me a price list regarding accessories via email, which he did. Accessories which I was interested in was supposed to be added into my initial finance however due to the affordable pricing that was given to me we agreed that we will sort it out with a cash deal once the stock is in the dealership due to them awaiting shipment from Japan. Now that the stock is in the store the sales manager does not want to honor his initial pricing, he now states that he is not in charge of pricing of parts and accessories. He has created an expectation which I have been waiting for since June 2015. the service I am now getting from him is pathetic, it seems at the time of me purchasing the vehicle he would say anything to make the sale and not take the customers satisfaction into consideration. He is now jeopardizing the integrity and reputation of his branch and Mazda as a whole due to his dishonor. This is not the service I expected from a major company like Mazda. My question is why create an expectation within a customer if you know you cannot fulfill it. I have all communication via email regarding this issue.
