Poor Service / Incompetence

I took my Mazda Double Cab to Mazda Menlyn to sort out a jerking poblem when driving uphill. <br> <br> They quoted me R4900 to service and clean out the Fuel Line System. After taking it back they said we need to replace the Prime Pump for R1700 as it was still jerking.<br> <br> This still did not stop the jerking and they propose that by replacing the Diesel Pump it will definetaly sort out the problem. Needless to say that this also did not change anything.<br> <br> I then took the bakkie somewhere else and the problem was sorted in less than half an hours time and only cost me R500. All he did was to clean the pipes coming form the Prime Pump.<br> <br> Mazda Menlyn just bluntly refuse to re-imburse fme or the Prime Pump I purschased from them as I put my original one back on.<br> <br> Definately not the service a person will expect from such a reputable brand name.<br> <br>
