Poor Service and lack of communication

<p>Two weeks after I accepted delivery of my vehicle ND656 189 from Mazda Durban I reported brakes that were shuddering and not 100% functional and Siya Shabangu referred me to the workshop where they said it's a minor thing and later when I came for my 15 000 service and I made them aware that this is not a minor thing as they said it is a safe hazard I was told they will repair my brakes at cost and I will have to foot the bill and when I complained, I was told "we will come back to you and a month later today 22.08.2016 there is an engine light showing, again today I inquired about the feedback re my brakes they are still beating about the bush... can somebody please come to my rescue I am tired of this run around with Mazda Durban.</p> <p> </p> <p>Nonhle Thango</p> <p> </p>
