POOR SERVICE

I BOOKED MY CAR FOR A SERVICE , 2 week before the service i took the car in to allow them to inspect to pre plan the service as it needed other things done under warranty . <br> The person wrote down the info down , on the service day they only serviced the car. <br> <br> no other work was completed on the day . they said i was not there until i found the mechanic who did the check and he confirmed this was noted and passed on to the service manager . <br> <br> After leaving he called and said he would get back to me Blaming the poor office lady for the fault , this was over a week again after sending e-mails and they have read them as they are tracked , no response .<br> <br> pathetic service <br> <br>
