PATHETIC SERVICE FROM MAZDA SA!!!!!!!!

The service from Mazda SA is absolutely infuriating! My car has been stuck at the panelbeaters since the end of July. Mazda SA promised that the parts would arrive by the end of September, but here we are, and nothing has shown up! Now they have the audacity to say the parts won’t arrive until the end of November. I've emailed them countless times to get an explanation for this ridiculous delay, and I’ve received zero responses. This is completely unacceptable, especially for a big company like Mazda. How can you not have parts readily available in the country? I love my car, but with this kind of pathetic service, I will never buy another Mazda again!
