No service under maintance during Lockdown period

Very dissapointed with Mazda. The entire country was under Lockdown since March 2020. The dealerships only reopened beginning of June which meant we could only started taking our vehicle for service after that. Mazda SA refuse to service our vehicle under the maintenance program due to the fact that it was not taken in when the km was, R40 000. This was during the time of lockdown. It is unacceptable.
