New Car Boke down no support from Brand Mazda

Good day<br> <br> I am terribly disappointed in mazda after the service my father has experienced over the last week his New BT-50 3.2 auto started spewing diesel on Tuesday morning after contacting 3 different dealerships to have the car fixed (eagle mazda where the car was purchased, mazda Kempton and mazda rosettenville) all of them blatantly refused to organize a courtesy car and told him to find his own transport while they investigate the issue. They advised they did not have parts so he would have to make do without a vehicle for a week or longer during the busiest time. The BT-50 was purchased with a full service plan as well as a warranty the vehicle only has 40000kms on it and has already started showing signs of being a defective model and should be recalled.
