Mazda vehicle parts supply no avail

My car was in an accident and booked in May,parts were ordered on the 3rd of June and to-date there's no estimated delivery date due to "backlog" I am hugely inconvenienced as I am paying for a car sitting in the garage, when I follow up their consultants tell me that new cars don't have parts. I am left stranded and unable to plan around my commitments due to no concrete information regarding a car I'm paying that is not serving me. Mazda CX5
