MAZDA SA USELESS

Useless service from Mazda , I have a 2021 Mazda 2 and have been looking for parts with no luck , they told me it would take up to 1 year to get parts from Japan they don't have stock and can't even find part numbers for what im looking for , if Mazda can't help me who's gonna help me , spoke to a guy called Tabiso from Head office and disappeared on me no feedback.
