Mazda S.A parts in back order for 4 Months

Mazda S.A, my car was in an accident on 10 March 2022 this year, Insurance approved the claim but the car has been seating waiting for Parts at Precision repair Centre till today, we are constantly being told Parts are on back order, this is unacceptable.

Im paying for a car I’m not even driving.
