Mazda not compatible to Iphone 11.

Bought Mazda X3 Ind 3.5 years ago using Iphone7 at the time, pairing perfect! I upgrade to Iphone 11 and now it is not pairing bevause the SOFTWARE is not of any use snymore! The Sales Msnager told me “ you must remember lady that the car is already nearly 4years old” with other words it is not usefull anymore! I want MAZDA to fix it! We are driving Mazdas for 20 years! I want a answer from them!
