Mazda Mediocrity

Still awaiting spares for my Mazda 2 Hazumi diesel 2020 model.Mazda South Africa is a disgrace ! No feedback ,non whatsoever and the BarlowWorld Bruma Mazda is just as bad.You have to constantly push for any response.The diesl filter has not been changed for 32000 km and is now blocked. The long term effects? Do they car .I bet not.
