Mazda Mahikeng Poor Service

Disappointed in Mazda Mahikeng car service. Took a CX5 for service and requested for brakes to be checked. Was told brakes are still good until the next service. 500kms later started hearing screeching noise when I apply the brakes. Upon investigation the brakes were found to be completely gone.
