Mazda is a ****

I received the worst service ever at Ben Morgan Mazda, i took my car for service and they broke my windscreen and told me it was a cheap, and their mabager by the name of Frik was very rude and arrogant towards me i don't know if it was because im a woman or because im black. He told me i can stay at the dealership until they close at 5pm they not going to fix my windscreen.

I called mazda SA and the lady by the name Dineo also told me they can't do anything because there is nothing that says the car didn't have a crack when it came, but the lady at reception inspected my car and she didn't see the crack. I feel faied by mazda. And when i told Frik that im going to complain at hellopeter he said i can go ahead he doesn't care. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone
