Mazda don’t just sign until they tell you everything that your car does and comes with

I would give them a zero review they treat you like you never existed after you buy the car.I thought I had the best value for money when I bough my Mazda cx3 dynamic 5 months later I was proven wrong. I wanted to get a navigation system but it was 6000 which I felt was to expensive. I then went online and searched for other options I came across car play which showed that my Mazda dynamic comes fitted with this when I called Mazda they advised me that it’s only for cars that we manufactured at a certain time and bought from August bear in mind this is a 2020 model and all cars were manufactured in 2020 they told me I need to pay R3600 for it I asked them why I should get penalized coz I bought me car a week and a half earlier they asked me if I was informed of the car play I told them no they even said I should have been told but I wasn’t yet they telling me they can’t help me I must go to the motor ombudsman and I have WhatsApp proof that I was not aware of this car play. I even asked for discount their employee told me that they don’t even get a T-shirt he told me that they don’t get made aware of things till it comes.
