Mazda does not uphold their offers and quotes

What a horrid waste of time visit to Mazda Fourways. the sales person Wiekie tells me the Mazda Cx5 I am looking for it is on special for "R271,000 all inclusive". I confirm with him on whatsapp as per his message to me, also on whatsapp, and arrange to test drive it. After driving around on an empty tank (my shattered nerves), he makes an offer on my car as a trade and and tells me the Mazda is R371,000 without the navigation!!! He then argues that he never gave me the price of R271,000 all inclusive, to which I show him the whatsapp conversation on my phone. He then turns his back on me and says to the gentleman who accompanied me "Oh it must have been a typing error" to which I reply"But I confirmed the price with you". Later in the afternoon he messages me again to tell me that he can now give me R15,000 more on my trade in. I ignore the message as I am still seriously pee'd off with the whole ordeal. Next day he phones to ask if he can close the deal with me!! What the hell??? I politely declined. I consider this to be ********* to lure new to the dealership. He confirmed the price in writing.
