MAZDA CX5 Side mirror

My Mazda CX 2.2 Diesel was in the panelbeaters now for repairs on the bodywork. The righthand side mirror was one of the things that was damaged. It has been three months now and this spare part is still not available at MAZDA. IF THIS IS THE WAY YOU TREAT YOUR COUSTOMERS then I can assure you this is my last MAZDA. Why is there not enough spares in the country. Side mirrors is the first thing to go in an insident. THIS IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH. What is going to happen when I need a dedicated spare part in the engine or gearbox?
