Mazda CX-30 issues

We purchased a Mazda CX-30 from this dealership, but it's giving us lots of problems of which the dealer kept telling us it's a battery issue or Tracking device issue from day one. After numerous attempts and changing the batteries and still paying monthly instalments for the car without no assistance from Mazda to fix the issue, I feel I was ****** into purchasing this vehicle of which the dealership knew from day one that it has issues. Mazda need to admit that this car has an issue and need major revamp, or I be refunded of my worries and costs, otherwise I will seek legal advice. The car has been giving my family issues from day one and people are buying time here and it's really inconveniencing my kids that need transport to attend to school as well. Supreme Auto need to admit that certain of their vehicles need to be recalled or s****ped.
