Mazda cx 3 Faulty grinding binding whining Mt6 gearbox

Hi i have been fighting with Mazda SA for a year and a half about my brand new Mazda cx 3 with faulty grinding gearbox.I took the car to several diff rant Mazda dealers with no avail once the dealer starts figuring out the fault Mazda SA stops the investigation and closes the case.There is something seriously wrong with the MT6 manual gearbox and Mazda SA just turns a blind eye.Do not invest in a Mazda cx3 there serious quality issues and Mazda SA is Not Willing to Assist in any way or form.
