Mazda Clearwater is a *****

On the 2/01/2018 I went to collect the vehicle and signed all the necessary paperwork. The insurance taken on 22/12/2017, deduction of premium calculated pro-rata plus the following month's premium. Required to take vehicle for pre-inspection when it's in my possession, which I did on 6/01/ 2018, it was discovered the vehicle had been in an accident, front tyres needed to be replaced, the left side of the vehicle was repaired and the entire car repainted. The dealership had conveniently not disclosed this so I could have made an informed decision prior purchase. When we went back to them the same day of pre-inspection, the manager at Mazda Clearwater said it was an error on their side not to fully disclose and he always tells the sales guys to give clients full information about the vehicle. However he's not willing to debate this if we're not happy we can just look for a different vehicle there and move forward because they've had to fix the car as well before the put it up for sale.We were given the previous owner's details to confirm the level of damage and how bad it was.Obviously that was not going to work if we don't get to see proof. On Monday the 8/01/2018 the sales guy Brandon McPherson who had been so "helpful" in selling us the car said his manager was not in when we requested to come through and meet with them to find a solution that perhaps they could give us a discount , fix the other issues with the vehicle etc. When my husband went there the manager was all of a sudden in the office, they were not willing to sort out the issues or offer something better. We returned the vehicle and sent an email confirming that I am cancelling the contract. The dealership is refusing to pay for the premiums deducted by the insurance, stating they are not liable but not willing to take ownership for the error they made and try rectify the situation they have now put me in...I have paid a car that is not in my possession.I've had to cancel tracker, insurance etc.Not only have I wasted time, energy and money on this exercise they are delaying to wrap this up and send proof of settlement so I can urgently get a vehicle.I get that it's sales but really so reckless and not giving customer service is beyond disgusting. So Mazda Clearwater is all about looking for number 1, customers treated extremely unfairly
