Mazda Clearwater Dawie Bruer/Riaan de Beer

I dealt with mazda Clearwater on the 22 June 2018 Very ********* . I paid a deposit for a h1 and I was on my way to pay the balance and collect the car the sales guy say his manager Dawie bruer say they can't sell the h1 because I need to buy a warranty but i told him the h1 already has an existing warranty left of 1 year and I seen the balance of the warranty documents and they advertise the h1 with a warranty. I told them I can't buy a warranty when it has one already so they said they can't sell the h1 to me .

I spoke to the dealer principal Riaan de beer who said they can refuse the sale on that basis but I told him all paperwork was signed and I was offered all related products after which they emailed me the balance to pay so how can you ask me to buy an additional product but he was arrogant and failed to reply my email and could not resolve the matter.

They taking forever to pay my deposit because now they have to be compliant etc etc.

Stay away from such unprofessional people
