Mazda barloworld pmb Unwilling to correct their mistakes.

<p>My car had a bearing joint issue and i left my car over the weekend at mazda barloworld pmb. From 9- 13 june 2017. I collected my car and when i got home i realised that my boot hooks are off and i struggled to put them back on and my boot pulling handle was installed incoreectly so i couldnt pull my boot down. As i was getting ready for leave i couldnt go to Mazda to show to inquire about this. I called on 20 June 2017 explaining my problem to Sanjeev and i said im not sure why my boot was dsmantled in the first place as i camw to fix my wheel joint. Sanjeev said the only reason why they would touch the boot was caue they were running a carpet drive where they replaced the boot carpets. He said because i was on leave i could send it to any dealership at Mazda to correct and i could get them to call him should they hassle me. He asked me to send and sms of the pics of my problem areas so he can discuss with the manager and i sent them instantly. Due to my hectic schedule i could not send my car to mazda and yesterday returned to PMB branch and reminded sanjeev. He denied that i told him about the boot hook or that i sent him a message. He took my car to the workshop and returned telling me that the panelbeaters i took my car to probably dismantled my boot and i asked what panelbeaters? He said that the workshop guys say they didnt touch my boot and a piece of the hook is missing and they cannot help me. i was so infuriated as i called him and smsd him about this but he was unwilling to help. I screamed at him and told him to bring back my parts and i would fix the problem myself. He looked at me and and even though this was a minor issue didnt even offer to help in any way. I was really disappointed yesterday by mazdas service. I serviced my car for years there and thats the thanks i get.</p>
