Mazda Bad Service

Poor Service at Mazda Clearwater. First I received bad service from the sales person at Mazda JHB South after the sale was completed. So decided to rather to to Mazda Clearwater and service was just as bad. Dropped the car at 07:40am for minor repairs and the vehicle was worked on when I got there at 13:40pm to complain that its taking too long. Service advisor, Jackie didn't bother to call me back after I called in to follow up. Appalling!
