Lack of Response

I actually don't know why i am writing this as I have noticed nobody from Mazda bothers to reply to anything on this site good or bad. i noticed on their main website under contact there is no phone number you can only mail, under these headings; Compliments, General enquiries, technical questions, and then you can only write two sentences. What happened to COMPLAINTS!!!!! In short there is no way to contact the head office you have to try and work through the dealer, and the dealers, in my very short experience are pretty useless to.....................I could go on and on but what's the point! Maybe the next stop should be Mazda Japan!! lets see how they do!
