I regret the day that I walked in to Mazda, especially Mazda Hatfield

Useless dealership. I will never buy a Mazda. First of all I bought the car in 2021 and was told it is a Mazda 3 dynamic 2021 model. every time when I try to switch insurance I am told the car was registered with the traffic department in 2019 so its not a 2021 model. I bought this car at the dealership in Hatfield

Everytime when I take the car for service in the same dealership there's always an issue. Last year December(2023). I took the car for service because the petrol gauge was malfunctioning and it had an istop malfunction light on. I also took it for the yearly service. I was told it just needed a system upgrade.so they upgraded it

Guess what? The petrol Guage is still malfunctioning. I was also stranded because the car couldn't switch on. I called my insurance they sent someone to assist me. He jumped started the car, when it came on I couldn't drive it because not is complaining about an engine malfunction. The car had to be towed to my house and it has to be towed to Mazda again which is an inconvenience. I am unable to do anything since I am immobile.

Mind this is not the first time that I have issues with warning lights coming on this car. I had the same issue in 2022, I took the car to the dealership more than once for the same car.

So do yourself a favor stay away from Mazda
