How can you sell Mazda if you do not have any part

How can you sell Mazda if you do not have any spares available in the whole of south Africa. I have tried to contact Garith 6 times and left messages ... Without any respond from him of Mazda South Africa. We had an accident on 12/12/2014, and your car rental facility is about to expire (30 days), and still the Mazda BT50 vehicle is standing at our house BECAUSE Mazda does not have any spares. I, Jacques work in Johannesburg and only come home for weekends. So now how is my wife going to manage to take our 3 kids to school and back, how can she do anything once the rental vehicle must is returned???? Know because of Mazda we will have extra expenses to render the rental verchile until when.....???? So Mazda has all these promotions on the Mazda BT50 ....but has no backup of supplies!!!! How do you run a Company like this!!!! Once upon a time.... When my vehicle is fixed I am having a sticker made witch I will stick on the back of my bakkie saying .....Mazda is **** don't make the mistake I made. Thank you for your website.
